Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We process returns and provide refunds under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: If your product is delivered in a damaged condition, you qualify for a return or refund.

- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Eligible Items
- Used Products: Items that have been used or show signs of wear and tear cannot be returned or refunded.
- Change of Mind: Regrettably, we cannot process returns or refunds for items bought in error or due to a change of mind
